Innovative Technology for Better Care

What sets us apart from other home care agencies in the Rogue Valley is our commitment to helping each of our clients maintain optimum health. We utilize innovative care technology to monitor our clients’ health statuses daily. After each visit, our caregivers answer a series of wellness questions that are customized by client. The answers to these questions create health status alerts that are monitored by care managers in the office. This system allows us to seek assistance from a care manager or registered nurse, or place a call to the physician if necessary to proactively treat any emerging health issues before they lead to a hospital admission. Additionally, client outcomes are reported monthly to the client’s family members and care team members to ensure the client’s support system is well-aligned and informed.

Caregiver Training and Thoughtful Client Matching

The best caregivers are those who feel confident and happy in their work, and at All Care, we believe that confidence comes from quality training. Our caregivers receive in-depth condition-specific training from IPCed, a nationally renowned caregiver training organization. Each caregiver is trained to specialize in a competency that interests him or her most, including:

  • Hospice care
  • Alzheimer’s and dementia care
  • Mental health
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and cancer

This improves the clients’ care satisfaction because they receive care from someone who not only is trained to care for their specific condition, but is a caregiver who has a vested interest in providing care for someone with that specific condition. We are then able to match that caregiver with a client who needs that specific type of care. This unique blend of caregiver training and matching ensures that our caregivers are happy, because they are growing and learning in the care areas in which they have an interest. It also improves the clients’ care satisfaction because they receive care from someone who not only is trained to care for their specific condition, but is a caregiver who has a vested interest in providing care for someone with that specific condition.

Monitoring and Improving Client Wellness

Our use of innovative care technology helps to improve our clients’ health and care experience. Our caregivers are trained to answer a series of wellness questions that are customized by client each time they clock out of a care shift. The answers to these wellness questions are monitored daily by our care managers so that we can proactively track each client’s health status and intervene with assistance from a nurse, care coordinator or physician before any issues require emergency care.
